Sarah ensures all deadlines set forth in the contract are managed appropriately, with information exchanged between other agents, lenders, title companies and service providers. Clients can expect continuous updates on the progress of their transaction; Sarah's primary focus is client care through communication. I came across Jackie on Facebook when we were doing some research about Tennessee. We wanted to move out of WA and TN was our first choice. I have joined several FB groups about TN and Jackie was in almost every group. I asked questions and she always had answers so I started to message her directly. She also gave me her phone number.

We have been texting back and forth more than a year. I texted her almost every week with questions and she always had answers for me or she would find the answers.

After more than a year of texting, we visited TN during spring break. We finally met Jackie. She drove us around Murfreesboro, Christiana, and Smyrna. We went to almost every neighborhood. She's very knowledgeable and patient. She never complained.

Then in May the same year we were ready to buy. Jackie sent us the lists and we narrowed them down. It's very difficult when we're in a different state and we had to put trust in our Realtor.

She did many video tours for us. She walked through every room and sent us the videos.

She did an amazing job in a timely manner. We bought our house without having visited it in person. We put all our trust in her and it paid off.
